Vincent A. Ruel passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at his home after a courageous battle with Cancer. He was 64 years old.
Born in Berlin on October 19, 1952 he was the son of Robert and Irene (Latulippe) Ruel. Vince was raised in Berlin and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1970. He also picked up the hobby of jewelry making which he shared with all his family. A special joy in his life was the birth of his granddaughter Olivia, he loved taking trips out to TN to see her as often as he could, which was a highlight in his life.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother-in-law Charles Boucher.
